What you'll do

• Order HVAC equipment, materials, and parts
• source vendor pricing and availability
• coordinate deliveries and job-site logistics
• track purchase orders and equipment status
• communicate about lead times and backorders
• maintain inventory
• assist with warranty registrations and equipment documentation
• improve purchasing processes and vendor relationships.
