What you'll do

• Manage daily plumbing operations and employee training and development
• identify training opportunities with the Plumbing Leadership Team
• interview and select candidates
• improve technician performance and department sales
• maintain operational processes for invoicing, inventory, safety, reporting, and paperwork
• monitor callbacks and warranties
• resolve customer concerns
• improve technical, sales, and communication training through classroom work and ride-alongs.
