What you'll do

• Serve residents and guests and take meal orders
• prepare and serve meals safely and appetizingly in compliance with dietary standards and procedures
• clean tables and the kitchen
• wash dishes and return food to proper storage
• provide customer service
• follow infection control, food-borne illness prevention, chemical handling, fire safety, and sanitation procedures
• ensure appropriate snacks are available for residents with special dietary needs.
