What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations and coach assigned team members
• develop project plans and operational documentation
• conduct team meetings
• manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning
• report on operational metrics and project progress
• coordinate resource allocation and scheduling

• build stakeholder and customer relationships
