Residential Pool Sales Associate

The Residential Pool Sales Associate role is hybrid, based in Lorton, VA, with customer properties throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Montgomery County, Maryland. Compensation is $60,000–$90,000 per year, including a $60,000–$70,000 base salary and performance-based commission; incentive earnings are not guaranteed. Beltway Pools builds, renovates, repairs, and maintains residential and commercial pools across the DMV. This role develops and sells residential pool repair, renovation, and new-construction projects, guiding assigned opportunities from qualification and property review through proposals, signed agreements, deposits, and operational handoff. It supports accurate estimating, customer communication, and continuity between sales and operations.

What you'll do

• Qualify leads and conduct customer discovery
• evaluate properties and develop project scopes

• present proposals and close sales
• manage pipeline and follow-up
• coordinate operational handoff and customer continuity
• travel to customer properties throughout the DMV.
