What you'll do

• Lead the store as Manager on Duty when assigned
• coach and develop team members
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training
• drive sales goals and customer engagement
• monitor retail metrics
• oversee operational procedures, shipments, inventory movement, and order fulfillment
• maintain inventory accuracy and visual merchandising
• support store events and product launches
• communicate performance and operational updates
• and help resolve escalated customer concerns.
