The Preschool Teacher, 2-Year-Old Classroom role is full-time and onsite in Bristow, VA, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $17–$20 per hour based on experience. The Learning Experience – Bristow’s early childhood education team supports young learners’ development and preparation for their next steps. The teacher creates developmentally appropriate learning experiences and supports children’s communication, independence, routines, and social-emotional growth. The role also maintains a safe classroom and builds relationships with children, families, fellow teachers, and center leadership.

What you'll do

• Create daily learning experiences for the 2-year-old classroom
• implement activities using the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• support early language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
• encourage self-help skills and routines
• guide children through activities, meals, outdoor play, rest, and transitions
• use positive guidance
• maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom
• communicate with families
• collaborate with teachers and center leadership
• follow Virginia childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements.
