Fleet Regional Service Manager

What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop shop leaders and employees
• implement shop improvements and operating standards
• oversee preventive maintenance and applicable DOT, California BIT, and opacity compliance
• monitor budgets, costs, productivity, efficiency, labor utilization, overtime, and rebilling
• reinforce use of Karmak Fusion and Coupa
• coordinate warranty processes
• support internal and external customers
• and lead weekly L10 meetings and quarterly Rocks. The role may require managing an assigned shop during a leadership vacancy and responding to after-hours inquiries and emergencies.
