Retail Marketing Specialist — San Jose/South Bay

Job overview

The Retail Marketing Specialist role is field-based in the San Jose/South Bay area of California, with occasional evenings and weekends. Compensation is $25 per hour. The work helps execute retail promotions, demonstrations, events, and product launches while relaying account feedback and opportunities to Sales and Marketing.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with retail contacts
• visit assigned accounts as a local brand representative
• ensure products are displayed, merchandised, priced, and represented on retail menus
• conduct audits and merchandising resets
• capture photos and complete field reports
• monitor inventory and identify reorder opportunities
• gather retail feedback
• educate store teams
• support launches, promotions, demos, and events
• communicate account opportunities and concerns to Sales and Marketing.
