What you'll do

• Assess patient health needs, develop nursing care plans, and educate patients on health management. Oversee clinical floor operations and nursing task flow
• complete medication reconciliation
• assist with procedures and exams
• perform screenings, assessments, phlebotomy, and lab collection
• administer ordered injections and immunizations
• coordinate referrals and patient follow-up
• maintain patient records and address electronic health record encounters. Travel as needed for coverage at other locations.
