HVAC Lead Installer

The HVAC Lead Installer role is onsite in Kalispell, MT, with a Monday–Friday schedule and an eight-hour shift that may run longer when needed. Compensation is $34–$42 per hour. Bill’s Superheat provides residential and commercial HVAC installation and service. The installer leads hands-on installation of heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor-air-quality equipment, with a focus on ductless mini-split and retrofit projects. The role ensures equipment is installed to company and manufacturer specifications, maintains job-site safety and documentation, and provides positive customer service.

What you'll do

• Install HVAC equipment and components, including ductless mini-split systems, gas piping, ductwork, thermostats, and sheet metal
• install refrigerant lines, controls, PVC venting and drainage, and electrical wiring
• test refrigerant lines for leaks
• fabricate and install ducts and fittings
• maintain vehicle stock, tools, and safety equipment
• complete paperwork and follow safety procedures.
