The Sales & Events Administrator role is onsite at Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, AK; Anchorage is the listing location. Pay is $21 per hour. The administrator serves as the first point of contact for the Sales & Events office, qualifying incoming leads and routing them to sales managers. Event and office support, communication across hotel departments, and coordination of bookings and requests help the team deliver organized sales and event services.

What you'll do

• Respond to and qualify incoming leads and assign them to sales managers
• support site inspections, event management, FAM tours, tour groups, and office administration
• attend and report on communication meetings
• respond to special requests
• prepare and execute amenities
• manage day-use bookings and internal meetings
• work occasional extended hours and weekends during peak periods.
