What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• prepare cost estimates
• perform material takeoffs and quantity calculations
• solicit and review subcontractor and supplier bids
• prepare proposals and bid packages
• coordinate with project managers and field teams
• track bid opportunities
• assist with change orders and scope reviews
• maintain vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships.
