Driver Safety and Claims Associate

Compensation is $23–$24 per hour. The Driver Safety and Claims Associate position is onsite in Richmond, VA. UZURV’s mission is to provide assisted mobility for older adults and people with disabilities, working with public transit agencies. The associate provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for driver safety, claims management, and Federal Transit Administration compliance. The role helps route incidents, maintain records, and coordinate documentation so safety and compliance teams can respond and prepare for audits.

What you'll do

• Intake and route safety alerts, incident logs, and accident reports through ticketing tools
• monitor telematics reports and safety alerts and flag potential risks
• coordinate safety training
• collect vehicle inspection and maintenance records
• gather initial claims documentation
• maintain digital claims files
• coordinate communications with drivers, operations teams, and insurance adjusters
• track drug and alcohol testing documentation
• organize compliance files
• assist with incident summaries and compliance metrics.
