Job overview

What you'll do
- Provide resident-centered nursing care
- complete initial and ongoing assessments
- develop and monitor care plans
- administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility policies
- monitor changes in condition
- coordinate with providers, families, pharmacies, and care teams
- maintain clinical documentation
- support admissions and transitions
- and promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life. Current Iowa RN license is preferred
- LPN candidates may be considered when an RN provides oversight.
