Robotic Process Automation Developer Technical Advisor

Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 per year. The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer Technical Advisor role is hybrid in Alexandria, VA. The role supports Significance’s Navy customer and its mission-focused automation work. The advisor develops and supports auditable automation workflows that address Navy business-process, data reconciliation, validation, and reporting needs. The work translates documented processes into technical solutions and supports secure, tested delivery in coordination with users and technical teams.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows
• gather and document process requirements
• develop and maintain solutions using UiPath and approved technologies
• integrate with Navy and Department of War systems and data sources including Excel, SharePoint, SQL databases, and APIs
• develop scripts using Python, SQL, and other applicable languages
• support UiPath Orchestrator operations
• apply development best practices
• maintain process, solution, test, and user documentation
• perform unit testing and support integration testing and UAT
• troubleshoot failures and defects
• support evaluation and integration of emerging automation and AI capabilities where appropriate
• participate in Agile ceremonies
• coordinate with information assurance and cybersecurity personnel on security and ATO requirements.
