The recruiter owns full-cycle hiring across Boston-area cafés, bakery, and catering operations, partnering with leaders to meet staffing needs and provide a clear, welcoming candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Partner with operations leaders and hiring managers on staffing needs and succession plans
• coach hiring managers on recruiting
• lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
• support salary negotiations and background and reference checks as needed
• develop sourcing strategies
• attend hiring events and job fairs
• build workforce-development relationships
• support employer branding and onboarding
• maintain applicant-tracking records
• analyze recruiting metrics
• refine hiring procedures
• support the People & Culture team.
