What you'll do

• Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and curriculum.
• Foster client engagement and group cohesion.
• Monitor treatment documentation to ensure timely and accurate notes.
• Participate in collaborative treatment team meetings and group supervision.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and referents.
