What you'll do

• Provide direct care and specialized residential support
• assist with daily activities, meals, medication administration, and transportation
• promote independence and community participation
• contribute to Individual Support Plans and Behavior Support Plans
• monitor and report changes
• complete shift documentation
• perform household tasks
• transport individuals to appointments and activities.

Why this role
