Job overview

The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) role is onsite in Dubuque, IA, at a community health center. Pay is $20–$22 per hour, negotiable depending on experience, plus a quarterly team production incentive. The center provides integrated primary care for underserved communities, including medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services. The CMA supports clinic care for approximately 18–22 patients per day as part of a provider team, helping the health center deliver coordinated services. The clinic operates Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; the schedule is flexible within those hours.
