Residential Rehabilitation Program Coordinator

What you'll do

• Supervise staff and oversee program operations
• coordinate weekly staff schedules and provide program coverage when staff are absent
• coordinate admissions and discharges
• order and process medication
• track outcomes and conduct housing inspections
• train staff on billing, electronic health records, and medication systems
• maintain documentation
• provide rotating on-call coverage
• provide direct care and respond to critical situations as needed.
