As a member of the Internal Medicine team, you will play a hands-on role in delivering advanced specialty care and supporting diagnostic procedures. Responsibilities include assisting with ultrasounds, endoscopies, and other imaging procedures, providing technical support for internal medicine diagnostics and treatments, and communicating clearly and empathetically with clients.

What you'll do

• Assist with ultrasounds, endoscopies, and other imaging procedures.
• Provide technical support for internal medicine diagnostics and treatments.
• Assist with our radioactive I131 program for hyperthyroid cats.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients regarding their pet's care.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
• Manage appointment coordination, patient flow, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with timely referral documentation.
• Cross-train and support the Cardiology department as needed.

What we're looking for

Education

Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology

Experience

Licensed or credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT), or an experienced Veterinary Assistant. Prior experience or interest in Internal Medicine or specialty care.
