Security Officer – Event Flex

The Security Officer – Event Flex role is onsite in Mesa, Arizona, with pay of $21 per hour. The position serves clients across industries and uses Allied Universal’s shift-pickup platform to let officers view and claim available shifts and events. The officer safeguards client sites by patrolling, monitoring access, identifying hazards, responding to incidents, and assisting visitors. The flex arrangement may involve irregular shifts with little or no advance notice, while allowing the officer to select additional shifts based on availability.

What you'll do

• Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle
• watch for unusual conditions and safety hazards
• contact emergency services when needed
• address rule violations
• monitor entrances and exits
• protect client property
• investigate and report incidents and suspicious activity
• assist customers, employees, and visitors
• make emergency notifications according to post orders.
