Communications Coordinator — Per Diem

What you'll do

• Operate the telephone switchboard and route incoming calls
• greet and direct visitors and applicants
• issue and collect identification passes and badges
• operate public address and other communication systems
• dispatch security personnel and relay information during emergencies
• monitor alarm centers and video surveillance
• issue keys and maintain the key log
• communicate tactfully with residents and patients
• attend required meetings and in-service programs.
