What you'll do

• Provide desktop and laptop hardware and software support through a ticketing system and hands-on assistance
• set up and deploy equipment according to established procedures
• maintain asset-management records
• define and implement desktop and laptop configurations, including encryption schemes for domestic and international operations
• interact with the international support vendor.
