What you'll do

• Represent the Software Quality Assurance community on governance committees.
• Work with delivery teams to pilot new practices, evaluate implementation, and facilitate knowledge-transfer forums.
• Research industry trends and translate them into learning and action items.
• Troubleshoot delayed or substandard project deliverables and recommend procedural or other changes.
• Collaborate with other practice leads on cross-functional delivery patterns.
