Rewind Operator - Production - Rotating 12-Hour Shifts

This role exists to ensure that finished products meet customer specifications and to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.

What you'll do

• Effectively communicates with employees from your own departments to ensure a team environment.
• Makes process decisions and ensures product quality conforms with quality audit specifications.
• Reads specifications and schedules to prepare for upcoming jobs.
• Machine maintenance.
• Palletizes rolls and wraps on stretch wrapper to prepare for shipping.
• Ties bales on trim balers and broke balers.
• Sets up core cutter and cuts cores.
