The School-Age Childcare Multi-Site Director – After-School Programs role is onsite across programs in Manchester Center and West Pawlet, Vermont. Pay is $22.00 per hour, and the part-time schedule follows the school calendar, with afternoon program hours from 2:40 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Healthy Kids Programs provides school-age childcare and before- and after-school programs at more than 150 locations.

What you'll do

• Oversee after-school programs at two Vermont locations
• coach Site Directors and staff
• maintain safe, inclusive programming and licensing readiness
• support VT DCF compliance
• work directly with children as needed to maintain staffing ratios
• coordinate recruitment, onboarding, coverage, schedules, timecards, training, and documentation
• support enrollment, attendance monitoring, family engagement, and school-community relationships.
