What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field. Advanced Degree preferred or knowledge/skills associated with an advanced degree.

Experience

Five years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting. Two years of recent Nursing Management experience, with 24-hour accountability, FTE management, policy, procedure, and budgetary oversight.
