ABA Case Manager

Job overview

ABA Case Manager, onsite, Los Angeles, CA. Compensation is $26 - $32 Per Hour. Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. This role conducts Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develops function-based BIPs for assigned students, designs, implements, and evaluates environmental modifications and instructional protocols, and provides direct supervision to assigned Behavior Technician teams.

What you'll do

• Conducts Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develops function-based BIPs for assigned students identified to demonstrate significant behavioral challenges
• Designs, implements, and evaluates the delivery and effectiveness of environmental modifications and instructional protocols as outlined in the BIP and other IEP goals
• Collaborates with and trains the student’s educational team on implementation of the BIP and specific protocols
• Provides direct supervision to and oversight of the assigned Behavior Technician team.
