Associate Walmart Account Manager

Job overview

The Associate Walmart Account Manager role is onsite in Bentonville, AR. Salary is $70,000–$80,000 per year. The role is part of Natco Home’s Sales team and supports the company’s Walmart business and growth initiatives. Working with the VP of Sales, Walmart buyers, and internal teams, the associate coordinates account operations, product development, and customer requirements. The role helps maintain accurate product and account information and improve service and execution across the retailer relationship.

What you'll do

• Partner with the VP of Sales to support the Walmart business
• develop product assortments and presentations
• serve as a day-to-day contact between Walmart and internal teams
• coordinate with design, product development, production, operations, and compliance
• manage item setup and maintenance
• track purchase orders, testing, compliance, and product timelines
• coordinate samples
• support Marketplace and dropship programs
• maintain account and product data
• assist with reporting and retailer requirements
• develop efficiency processes and guidelines.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Two or more years in account management, sales support, product development, merchandising, or related fields is preferred; Walmart supplier-side account experience is also preferred.
