Production Worker — Second Shift

The Production Worker role is onsite in Fargo, ND, with pay of $22 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential. The regular schedule is Monday–Thursday, 4:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m.; training is two weeks on first shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. The role supports NPS Metals’ steel processing and parts production. The worker helps move steel from raw sheets to finished parts by preparing materials, operating around production machinery, checking parts, and keeping orders moving safely and accurately.

What you'll do

• Clear tables from laser machines using hammers or mallets
• grind edges and clean parts
• read and follow order details in English
• verify part quality and complete paperwork
• count and organize parts for packaging or shipping
• prepare materials to maintain workflow
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• follow safety rules and company policies.
