What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, students, and vendors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and grounds
• respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and critical situations according to protocols
• monitor access points and report unusual conditions, hazards, policy violations, and maintenance concerns
• prepare incident reports and communicate with healthcare personnel and leadership.
