Warehouse Facilities Technician

The Warehouse Facilities Technician role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL. Pay is $20–$23 per hour based on experience. The technician supports the day-to-day operation of a client's warehouse facility on Jacksonville's Southside. The role maintains facility equipment and building systems while supporting warehouse cleanliness and organization. By handling routine maintenance and escalating larger repairs, the technician helps keep the facility operating safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Perform weekly battery maintenance on warehouse equipment, including watering forklift batteries. Conduct basic conveyor maintenance, routine preventive maintenance inspections, and basic mechanical troubleshooting
• report larger repairs and coordinate specialized repairs with outside contractors. Assist with building maintenance. Operate the warehouse floor scrubber, perform basic restroom maintenance, organize and repair damaged pallets, collect trash, and assist with cleaning and organization. Conduct monthly building inspections, pressure wash designated exterior areas when needed, communicate maintenance and safety concerns, and follow warehouse safety procedures.
