Shipping Manager Assistant — Warehouse and Order Fulfillment

What you'll do

• Prepare outbound shipments, assemble crates, and package products
• verify orders against packing lists, sales orders, and bills of materials
• coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries
• prepare bills of lading, packing slips, commercial invoices, and export paperwork
• label products and track shipments
• maintain shipping and staging areas
• assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, returns, and receiving coverage
• enter shipment data in ERP or warehouse systems
• file records and freight invoices
• assist with freight claims and applicable export compliance
• support the Shipping Manager with scheduling and priorities
• follow safety and PPE requirements.
