Senior Restoration Estimator

The Senior Restoration Estimator role is onsite in Ocala, FL, with a $70,000 base salary plus commission and on-target earnings exceeding $150,000 annually. What you'll do

• Prepare scopes of work and restoration estimates
• create floor plans and roof sketches using Xactimate Sketch
• apply building codes and restoration practices
• develop and monitor budgets
• manage estimates, revisions, proposals, and change orders
• coordinate schedules, trades, vendors, and internal teams
• support mitigation, decontamination, containment, ventilation, contents cleaning, and deodorization
• maintain project documentation
• develop a local book of business
• coordinate emergency restoration services
• identify potential site hazards and follow appropriate procedures
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
