The Early Childhood Teacher works onsite in Meridian, ID, full time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pay is $17–$20 per hour, based on experience and credentials. The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P. Curriculum guides classroom learning for two-year-olds. The teacher leads daily routines and learning experiences that support toddlers’ language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development. Through structured, nurturing classroom guidance, hands-on activities, and family communication, the role helps children build independence, confidence, and positive peer relationships.

What you'll do

• Lead daily routines and learning experiences for children around age two
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• create activities involving art, music, movement, sensory play, and exploration
• support developmental skills, independence, and peer relationships
• support toileting readiness and transitions
• maintain routines and positive guidance
• document development
• communicate with families
• collaborate with classroom support teachers
• follow Idaho childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements.
