The Framing Carpenter role is onsite in Hopkins, MN, with job locations throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Pay is $21.00–$38.75 per hour, plus a performance bonus. Twin City Framers’ Field Operations team builds commercial projects with an emphasis on craftsmanship, safety, and integrity. The carpenter helps construct, install, and repair framing structures on commercial projects. The work includes interpreting plans, preparing and assembling materials, and maintaining structural accuracy while following safety procedures at varied jobsites and in changing weather conditions.

What you'll do

• Read blueprints, sketches, and building plans
• select and prepare materials
• measure, cut, and assemble framing materials
• build floors, walls, stairs, and roof decking
• install prefabricated windows and doors
• maintain structural accuracy
• construct scaffolding and ladders
• organize jobsite materials
• follow safety procedures.
