The Assistant performs routine maintenance and housekeeping duties to support the overall resident experience.

What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties on community grounds.
• Complete service requests for repairs.
• Fix wall and floor coverings.
• Repair furniture and fixtures.
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Maintain heating, air, and refrigeration systems.
• Prepare rooms for new residents.
