What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to standardized recipes, menu cycles, dietary restrictions, and food-safety requirements
• handle and store food properly
• maintain clean and safe workspaces and equipment
• supervise culinary staff when the Chef or Certified Dietary Manager is absent
• monitor meal trays and report resident acceptance findings
• support inspection preparation.
