What you'll do

• Process residential mortgage loans from submission through clear-to-close, including jumbo, non-QM, bank statement, portfolio, and foreign national programs
• coordinate document collection and loan conditions with borrowers and transaction partners
• handle complex condo transactions
• maintain audit-ready digital files and update stakeholders
• manage approximately 20–30 active files depending on complexity
• use lender platforms and interpret automated underwriting findings.
