The Emergency Medical Technician / Paramedic (Temporary) role is onsite in Rosemount, MN. Compensation is $31–$33 per hour. CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, provides occupational medical services and supports worker health and safety. The clinician responds to workplace medical emergencies, assesses injuries and illnesses, and provides care ranging from first aid to life-saving treatment. Accurate documentation and coordination with medical professionals and site safety staff help protect workers and maintain clinical standards.

What you'll do

• Respond to onsite medical emergencies
• provide first aid and medical care in accordance with applicable policies
• assess injuries and illnesses and determine appropriate action
• communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities
• engage with clients and site personnel about incidents and hazards
• monitor worksite conditions and identify risks
• document patient assessments and treatments
• assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.

Why this role
