Laboratory Technician

The Laboratory Technician role is fully onsite in Richmond, VA, on the first shift, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pay is $21.89 per hour. The technician supports the Vapor Formulation Development team. The role contributes to research and development of e-liquid prototypes by compounding materials, operating laboratory equipment, and conducting work under standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Accurate data, inventory, records, and sample logistics help the team carry out development and testing activities.

What you'll do

• Support e-liquid compounding, prototyping, and internal sensory panel logistics
• operate laboratory equipment such as analytical balances and pH meters
• handle ingredients and materials for nicotine-containing products
• conduct prototyping under SOPs and safety protocols
• generate and review laboratory data
• maintain inventory and records
• receive, verify, label, and store shipments
• assemble small-scale products for testing
• support prototype sampling, labeling, distribution, and shipment
• assist with analytical requests and sensory panels.
