Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager works onsite in Chicago, IL, with an annual pay range of $125,000–$170,000. Executive Construction is a Chicagoland general contractor working across interiors, new construction, life sciences, and mission-critical projects. The role oversees multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, contracts, quality, safety, and financial reporting to deliver work on time and within budget. It may also include mentoring assistant project managers and project managers.

What you'll do

• Lead preconstruction and manage it through contract execution
• develop master schedules
• support estimates, takeoffs, bidding, proposals, contracts, purchasing, and subcontractor coordination
• manage project schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, quality control, safety support, closeout, payment schedules, cash flow, and financial reports
• visit project sites as required
• mentor project managers and assistant project managers
• support business development.
