What you'll do

• Counsel students on personal and psychological issues affecting school performance, socialization, and behavior
• provide counseling sessions, treatment plans, workshops, prevention programs, and interventions
• support teachers in understanding student behavior
• connect students and families with resources for shelter, food, and medical care
• review records and interviews and prepare reports
• train educational staff and parents
• liaise with community agencies
• lead alumni engagement.
