By analyzing supply and demand, resolving disruptions, and supporting product-flow improvements, the planner helps align production plans with customer and business needs.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain production or supplier plans
• escalate disruptions and troubleshoot planning problems
• analyze supply and demand and recommend actions
• monitor production or supplier performance metrics
• address customer, system, data-integrity, and backlog issues
• build relationships with internal resources and suppliers
• train new associates or suppliers on departmental processes
• support change initiatives.
