The Assistant Restaurant Leader is responsible for hiring and managing hourly crewmembers, overseeing payroll and scheduling, and ensuring that the restaurant maintains high standards of service and cleanliness.

What you'll do

• Hire and terminate all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Own the onboarding, status change, and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manage the performance of all hourly crewmembers.
• Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, and manage cash handling.
• Enforce company policies and standards.
• Execute shift management according to operations and safety standards.
