Probation Case Manager — Ogden

The Probation Case Manager role is onsite in Ogden, UT. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour; additional monthly bonuses and extra pay for speaking Spanish may be available. AMP’s mission is to promote public safety and well-being through community-based supervision and rehabilitation. The case manager investigates cases, reports findings and recommendations to the court, and supervises people placed under court supervision. The role supports public safety through accountability, monitoring, referrals, and individualized supervision plans.

What you'll do

• Supervise a caseload of low- to medium-risk offenders on private probation, electronic monitoring, and drug testing
• investigate defendants’ offenses, criminal records, and personal and family circumstances
• analyze and report findings and recommendations to the court
• investigate supervision violations and prepare reports
• enforce court-imposed conditions
• develop and implement supervision and treatment plans
• maintain contact with offenders and families
• provide counseling and social-service referrals
• develop community resources
• install, explain, and uninstall electronic monitoring equipment
• and travel to assigned supervision locations.
