What you'll do

• Support daily back-of-house operations
• open and close the kitchen
• uphold food quality, recipe, food-handling, sanitation, and safety standards
• train and coach employees
• adjust staffing and assign workstations
• monitor production and coordinate with front-of-house management
• help control food, labor, supply, and operating costs
• maintain inventory and complete manager logs and reports.
