What you'll do

• Lead daily branch operations
• coordinate staffing, crew assignments, schedules, and resources
• prepare crews for mobilization
• monitor active work, backlog, productivity, overtime, equipment, and branch performance
• coach supervisors and field employees
• coordinate HR activities
• maintain safety compliance
• oversee fleet and equipment readiness, materials, and inventory
• build customer and vendor relationships
• ensure accurate timekeeping and field records
• monitor financial drivers and support budgets and forecasts
• identify operational improvements
• provide updates to executive leadership.
